The Beauty of Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy helps recovering the beauty of life. It allows you to take control over situations that can be demanding or stressful.

It can help anyone to cope with different types of conflicts during a lifetime. Thus, psychotherapy is useful for children, adolescents, adults, couples, families and geriatric population who want to achieve a particular goal.

It is a process where a dual and non judgmental relationship is developed for a period of time, in which specific interventions are used through evidenced-based-treatment models, according to the particular needs and population.

At the first session, the therapist makes questions about your needs and your condition to stay informed of your physical and emotional health.

It can take a few sessions to determine the best approach or course of action. You can also interview your therapist to find out if the approach and personality work for you.

This depends on your situation symptoms, your environment, the support from your relatives and progress.

Depending on the case, our specialists in Psychotehrapy can help with different difficulties in live through the use of cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, dialectical therapy, interpersonal relations and supportive family-focused therapy. They can also perform assessments according to your needs.
